手套CE认证简介

　　手套因为其具有一定的防护作用，也有安全方面的要求，故也是需要办理CE认证的，手套CE认证属于欧盟个人防护PPE认证，PPE（Personal Protective Equipment）指令为89/686/EEC，根据不同的手套种类，依据相应的风险等级进行CE认证。手套CE认证在国内最常见的就是防护手套和劳保手套，通用标准为EN420，根据不同用途还有专用的标准。

　　防护手套的PPE防护风险等级

　　指令根据产品意图防护的风险等级将PPE分为三类，大部分都属于中度风险等级：
　　轻度风险（10%左右）， 如园艺手套，属于最低限度的防护，只需要自我声明即可；
　　中度风险（80%左右）， 如机械防护手套，需由独立实验室检验，欧盟公告机构发证；
　　重度风险（10%左右）， 如消防手套，用于防护致命危险或能导致严重健康的不可恢复的损害的复杂的设计的，由独立实验室检验，并有制造过程质量保险。
