　　欧盟305/2011/EU-CPR新法规将适用于欧洲市场销售流通的所有建筑产品，如：门窗、壁纸、建筑颜料、钢纤维、土工、玻璃棉等保温材料、地板、屋顶材料、沥青混合料、石膏料、混凝料、水泥、管道、铺地材料、下水道设备、门窗、玻璃、结构金属产品、紧固件、防水材料、结构木料、交通信号指示、防火器材和加热设备等，欧盟CPR法规除了六项基本性能要求以外还要求企业证明其生产的建筑产品在环境方面的可持续发展性信息。

　　CPR新法规意味着无论对于制造商，还是贸易商、进口商、分销商而言，所受的限制也将会更为严格。这对进一步规范欧盟市场起到了相当大的作用。对进入欧盟的建筑产品提供统一的性能评价方法，通过使用共同的技术语言，确保了所有建筑产品性能信息的可靠。

EN 15048-1:2007_螺栓CE认证

　　出口到欧盟市场的紧固件产品需要通过CE认证，欧盟建筑产品新法规－CPR法规将于2013年7月1日强制执行，国内紧固件出口受影响。螺栓的紧固件产品根据协调标准EN15048-1进行CE认证。

　　铝和铝合金CE认证简介

It does not apply to products after machining or joining operations （e.g. bolting, welding of elements）， which can be found in other European Standards, e.g. prEN 1090-1.
