游乐船指令94/25/EC是为了满足游乐船能够在欧盟市场上自由流通,而由欧洲标准化委员会(CEN)与欧洲电工标准化委员会(CENELEC)制定出来的法规。它是以安全为主要目的而制定出来的法规。游乐船指令下细化了许多协调标准,每个协调标准对应一类产品。制造商对游乐船方面的某类产品进行CE认证时,需要符合指令94/25/EC与相应协调标准的要求。制造商的产品由欧盟委员会授权的认证机构(NB)进行认证,如果达到要求,就可以获得《EC合格声明书》以及在产品上加贴CE 标志——此时,制造商的产品就可以在欧盟市场上自由流通了。
游乐船指令产品范围
什么样的游乐船(设备)可以做CE认证呢
船长在2.5~24米之间用于运动游乐目的的船(可以是出租,或是用于游乐训练的游乐船)。另外还包括船上的备件,它们为:
1、船内或船尾发动机的点燃保护设备。
2、****发动机的起动保护设备
3、方向盘,操纵机构,电缆组件
4、燃料箱和燃料管道
5、安装的舱口盖和舷窗
游乐船类别
类别A——海洋型:
船舶为长期性的海上航行而设计,能够抵御风力8级以上,浪高4米及以上的情况,并且船舶用品大部
分自给自足。
类别B——海上型:
船舶为海上航行而设计,能够抵御风力8级(含8级)以内,浪高4米(含4米)以内的海上情况。
类别C——海岸型:
船舶为近海水域,大型海湾,海湾口,湖泊,河流流域而设计。能够抵御风力6级(含6级)以内,浪
高2米(含2米)以内的情况。
类别D——防护型:
船舶为小型湖泊,河流,运河而设计,能够抵御风力4级(含4级)以内,浪高0.5米(含0.5米)以内
水面情况。
另外,每种型号的船必须设计制造成符合相关的诸如稳定性,浮力特性以及其他的必须性能的需求(具体产品有具体需求)。
